About

I’m Mira Holloway, an illustrator and printmaker in Bristol. I make pictures for picture books, magazines, packaging and wallpaper.

Most of my work starts as a pencil drawing and a block of cut lino, then moves to the computer for colour. I like flat shapes, limited inks and a bit of mischief in the details.

I studied illustration in Falmouth, spent four years designing book covers in-house, and have been freelance since 2019. I take on four or five projects at a time so each one gets proper attention.
