A night road through pine trees under a full moon

The project

The brief

A personal series drawn from evening walks. Each print is one stretch of road just before somewhere warm.

How it was made

The moon and the gate went in first. I worked the trees in two greens until the road felt like it was pulling you in.

The result

The series showed at a small print fair, and two pieces were licensed for book covers.
